需求描述
工作职责:
1. 负责开发和优化生物降解检测技术，对样品的生物降解性能进行检测。
Develop and optimize biodegradation technology for assessing the biodegradation performance of samples.
2. 配合销售，为客户提供技术支持和解决方案。
Cooperate with sales team to provide technical support and solutions for customers.
3. 关注生物降解检测领域的新技术和发展趋势，及时学习和掌握相关知识。
Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the field of bio-degradation testing, continuously learn and master relevant knowledge.
4. 合理规划实验室资源，高效完成测试。
Efficiently plan laboratory resources to ensure timely completion of testing.
5. 监督设备的维护和操作，保证实验室设施的正常运行。
Supervise the maintenance and operation of equipment to ensure the normal operation of laboratory facilities.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，高分子材料、应用化学、化学工艺等相关专业背景。
Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Materials, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
2. 3年以上技术支持经验，具有日用品和包装等方面的生物降解技术支持经验者优先。
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, with preference given to those with experience in bio-degradation technical support for daily necessities and packaging.
3. 有较强的执行力及抗压力，能够主动承担工作职责。
Strong execution capability and ability to handle work responsibilities proactively.
4. 具有良好的组织、沟通、协调及问题解决能力。
Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
