The invention discloses a method for mining natural gas hydrate by heating formations with electrically pulse. The method comprises the main steps that 1, electrodes are laid out in mining wells and are connect to the surface; 2, the electrodes are inserted into a hydrate reservoir at equal distance between the mining wells and connected to the ground; 3, every two adjacent electrodes are correspondingly connected to the positive pole and the negative pole of high-voltage pulse discharge equipment to heat the hydrate reservoir by discharging; and 4, through pulse discharging operation, the hydrate reservoir is suitable for mining. The energy efficiency of mining of the natural gas hydrate is improved.
