The invention provides a mangrove forest ecology health evaluation method based on a stacking noise reduction automatic coding algorithm. The method mainly comprises the following steps that: 1) determining a mangrove forest ecological protection zone; 2) establishing a mangrove forest ecological index dataset; 3) preprocessing a dataset X and a dataset Y, and recording the normalized dataset X as a dataset R1; 4) utilizing the stacking noise reduction automatic coding algorithm to train data in the dataset X; 5) establishing a mangrove forest ecological index prediction model; and 6) utilizing the mangrove forest ecological index prediction model, a linear dataset S and a mangrove forest ecology health evaluation level judgment table, and predicting the future ecology health situation of the mangrove forest in the mangrove forest ecological protection zone. By use of the method, predicted important ecological indexes can be used and combined with the mangrove forest ecology health evaluation level judgment table to finally realize the accurate prediction of the mangrove forest ecology health situation.
